Buy tickets to SASMEE Park online
You can buy tickets to SASMEE Park for train rides online. Sales close at 2 pm on the day of the event unless sold out prior. Please note that ticket quantities are limited to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Entry to the park is $12 (+booking fee) for individuals aged 3 and above. (Halloween is $15+booking fee)
- Children under 3 enter for free.
- Unlimited train rides are included with park entry.
- All train riders are required to wear fully enclosed footwear.
- Follow safety guidelines from SASMEE.
- A range of refreshments, such as hot chips, hot and cold drinks, and ice cream, is available.
- Please note that dogs, alcohol, beach umbrellas, gazebos/marques/tents, are not permitted.
Assistance dogs. - Photography or video while riding a train is not permitted.
- Please be aware that when attending SASMEE Park, pictures may be taken for use in our social media advertising and member publications.

- Tickets are refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to the event day, or in genuine cases beyond the purchaser’s control. Cancellation charges may apply.
- SASMEE accepts Trybooking tickets on smartphones or tablets and printed tickets.
- Site reservations and picnic table bookings are not available within the park.

In event of a cancellation by SASMEE:
SASMEE Park may cancel a Running Day due to circumstances such as but not limited to:
- Hot weather – the Adelaide BOM weather forecast for the day is 35° Celsius or over.
- Dangerous weather – an extreme or severe weather warning is applied to Adelaide, and/or storms or tempests are predicted.
If you have purchased tickets for a cancelled event, SASMEE will refund the Park entry fee (less administration fees and charges) to the original purchaser.
SASMEE Volunteers and safety:
You are invited to SASMEE Park by members of SASMEE. We kindly ask that you treat our volunteers and fellow visitors with respect to enhance everyone’s enjoyment and safety. Please report any safety concerns or accidents within the park to the Safety Officer or any other SASMEE member. SASMEE reserves the right to refuse entry.
